Agreement
These terms cover the Utilities Discord bot, this website and our support server. By adding Utilities to a server or using any of its commands, you agree to them. If you don't, remove the bot and stop using it.
Who can use Utilities
If you're old enough to use Discord, you're old enough to use Utilities. That means at least 13, or older where the law in your country says so.
Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to you the whole time you use the bot. Where they and these terms disagree, Discord's rules win.
Using it properly
Don't use Utilities to:
- harass, threaten or harm anyone, or help someone else do it
- break the law or Discord's rules
- run scams, fraud or fake sales through tickets or transactions
- store illegal or explicit content in embeds, autoresponders, button responses or anything else you save, including pornography, gore and hate speech
- get at another server's or another user's private data
- copy or clone the bot, reverse-engineer it, or exploit bugs and rate limits
Found a bug? Tell us in the support server. We'd much rather fix it than blacklist someone for using it.
Your server, your responsibility
Server owners and staff are responsible for how Utilities is set up in their server and for what their members do with it. We don't run or moderate the servers that use the bot, and we're not connected to them.
What you build
Embeds, buttons, panels, autoresponders and anything else you create stay yours. You let us store and show them only so the bot can do what you set it up to do. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Premium
Utilities is free to use. Premium is a paid subscription that raises your limits and unlocks extra features, and it's bought through a ticket in our support server. Payments and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
If premium is removed because these terms were broken, it isn't refunded.
Enforcement
We can warn, restrict or blacklist any user or server that breaks these terms, with or without notice. A blacklisted user or server can't use the bot. If you think we got it wrong, open a ticket in the support server.
Availability
We work to keep Utilities online and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. Features can be added, changed or removed at any time.
Liability
Utilities is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost data, lost sales or any other damage that comes from using the bot, or from it being unavailable.
Not part of Discord
Utilities is an independent project. It isn't made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Discord Inc.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms as Utilities changes, and the date at the top shows when they last did. If you keep using the bot after a change, you're agreeing to the new version.
