Introduction
Utilities is free, and premium is an optional subscription bought through a ticket in our support server. By buying premium, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
When you can get a refund
You bought the key yourself, and one of these is true:
- Premium features didn't work as described because of a problem on our side, and we couldn't fix it in a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same key.
- The purchase was made without your permission or was fraudulent.
When you can't
- You claimed the key on the wrong server.
- You changed your mind and no longer want premium.
- You lost access to the server the key was claimed on.
- You didn't read what premium includes before buying.
- Premium was removed because our Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service were broken.
Some situations won't fit neatly into either list. We may approve or decline those depending on what happened.
How to ask
Open a ticket in our support server and tell us which server the key was claimed on and what went wrong. Asking as soon as you notice the problem makes it much easier to sort out.
After a refund
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, and premium on that key ends.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Your purchase follows the version that was live when you bought it.
